Personalized Veterinary: Behavior & Rehabilitation is a concierge veterinary practice limited to rehabilitation, behavior, and geriatrics in Michigan that offers in-hospital and mobile house call visits. Having limited our number of patients, we are well equipped to treat your animals in a low stress, attentive, and communication-focused environment whether your animals requires:
- Behavior modification and/or special attention for veterinary care appointments due to anxiety and fear. As we are a specialty practice, primary care is only available to patients who have documented difficulty receiving veterinary care at general practices due to behavior or limited mobility.
- Chronic pain management due to arthritis or other musculoskeletal and/or neurological conditions.
- Muscle strengthening and neuromodulation for a degenerative disease, such as degenerative myelopathy.
- Post-operative rehabilitation for a recent surgery, such as for cranial crucial ligament injury or intervertebral disc disease.
- Nutrition and supplement counseling, including homemade diet formulation, for obesity, weight loss, and other conditions.
- Regenerative medicine including platelet-rich plasma therapy, stem cell therapy, IV vitamin C therapy, and gene-specific immunotherapy for cancer.
- Multiple disease management that would benefit from diagnostic ultrasound, echocardiogram, in-home oxygen therapy.
- Quality of life consulting, end-of-life/hospice care, and medically indicated euthanasia.
Mei Ling is a 16-year-old cat with heart disease, chronic kidney disease, proctitis, severe hip arthritis, and now a newly diagnosed aortic mass. Yet with home visits one to two times a week, she is still able to enjoy life, including supervised play in the garden.
